What this website does
This site is a static preview. It has no accounts, no booking system, no payment step and no server-side form handler. The appointment planner assembles text in your browser; nothing is transmitted or stored by the site.
Information we do not collect
- No name, email address or telephone number is submitted through this website.
- No account is created and no login exists.
- No analytics, advertising or session-recording tool is installed.
- No cookies are set by the site itself.
- No third-party font, script or content delivery network is loaded.
Email you send the salon directly
This site publishes one address, info@zy.salon. The site itself cannot see or store what you send there, and this website has not tested delivery to that address. If the mailbox receives your message, its provider processes it so the salon can reply; the provider's terms and the business's retention policy then apply.
Because the provider and retention period have not been confirmed, this draft does not name them. That must be completed before launch.
The inquiry planner
Anything you type into the planner stays in the open page until you close or reload it. The draft is generated locally and is not sent to ZY SALON SUPPLY. If you copy the text, it enters your own clipboard and is then governed by your device and whatever service you paste it into.
Photography and third-party assets
Photographs on this site are licensed stock images used illustratively under the Pexels License. They show no real client, staff member or premises of the company. The logo artwork was supplied by the business. No personal data is embedded in these files.
Before this becomes a live salon website
The following must be written and reviewed before launch, and this draft should be replaced rather than extended:
- The legal entity operating the business and its registered contact details.
- The hosting provider, its location and any server logs retained.
- The mailbox provider behind info@zy.salon, its location and its role as a data processor.
- Retention periods for appointment enquiries and client records.
- Any analytics or marketing tools added, and the consent mechanism for them.
- How client photographs and treatment records are stored and deleted.
- Rights of access, correction and deletion, and how to exercise them.
